The new installment of Arrested Development for Netflix will begin production tomorrow. I’ve learned that the entire cast of Mitch Hurwitz’s cult Fox series — Jason Bateman, Jeffrey Tambor, Portia de Rossi, David Cross, Jessica Walter, Will Arnett, Michael Cera, Alia Shawkat and Tony Hale — are all in final negotiations and expected to return.
